Elizabeth JaneEVANSLiz passed peacefully at home in the arms of her loving husband Terry on Sunday 24th November 2024.
A loving daughter, mother and wife. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Resting at Caerphilly Funeral Services until the service to be held at Thornhill Crematorium, Biwnant Chapel on Monday 16th December at 11am.
No flowers by request, donations in lieu to be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
